Question: I placed an order for the Zen Box Keepsake. In the process of checkout, I had to put in shipping info. My understanding is that it is for pick up only, no shipping to my home address. Is that correct?

Answer: Correct, the online ordering platform is defaulted to ask for shipping address at checkout, but this order is for Pick Up in Person on Tue 11/25 or Wed 11/26 between 11am – 3pm at the designated date/time window you have chosen.
